Created by artist and writer, Livio Ramondelli, The Kill Lock is a comic book released by IDW Publishing. Distortion is pleased to announce the soundtrack for said comic. Distortion Productions has enlisted their roster as well as some friends to write songs inspired by this cosmic space opera. New tracks by Tragic Impulse, The Gothsicles, Lorelei Dreaming, Red Lokust, Panic Lift, Interface, Dogtablet, Sapphira Vee, Third Realm and more grace this amazing album and tell the tale perfectly. From Trade Secrets' chill score of "The Kill Lock Blues" to Tragic Impulse's dance floor smash "Wraith Legion" to The Gothsicles slick "Hallowed Be Thy Designation", the Kill Lock has something for everyone and tells the tale of 4 individuals brought together by something terrifying....a death sentence.

Each found guilty of an irredeemable crime, four robots find themselves banished from their home world and bound together by the Kill Lock--a programming link that means if one of them dies, they all will. Now a soldier, an addict, a murderer, and a child find themselves forced to protect each other while in search of a cure to survive. Their only clue is a bot known as The Axial, supposed to be the creator of the Lock and keeper of its secrets.
